1. I have a busy schedule, what if I can't make it to the gym everyday?We all have busy schedules and I completely understand that. This programme is designed to work for anyone that has enough time to train from just twice per week, to every day.2. How much is the programme?Due to the fact that we all have a different starting position, the total cost of the programme can vary based on how far away you are from your goal and how long you will need on the programme. There are options to pay for a block of coaching upfront or you can pay a lower monthly subscription payment until you reach your end goal.3. Am I guaranteed to see a result?It's impossible to guarantee a result of this type as you're the one who has to apply the coaching methods. Having ran this programme for as long as I have, I'm so confident in it, that if you do not achieve the results you've set out to whilst following all the instructions within the programme, I'll give you a full refund.4. I've tried coaching programmes in the past and always found I fall off or lose motivation, why is this one any different?Bouts of low motivation can come and go, this is completely normal.
